is the successor band to the late Mr. Blue Rivers (Mr.Blue & The Tight Groove), still well known to blues fans from countless concerts at home and abroad.

The multifaceted power voice of the new front woman, Sophia Tzoka, has had a strong influence on the band's musical appearance. The native Greek, who grew up in the US state of New Jersey and now lives in the Basel region, interprets the blues in the style of her musical role models Etta James, Danielle Nicole, Shemekia Copeland and other modern blues singers.

The extremely virtuoso and carrying voice of Sophia as well as the funky-rocky, but mostly bluesy-melodic riffs and solos of the ultimate guitarist Rene Hemmig make every live concert an unforgettable blues experience. Roaring Hammond sound, a honky-tonk piano that gets under your skin, sharp saxophone riffs and the “tight groove” of bass and drums, be it rock or with a sustaining warmth, characterize the incomparable sound of this modern electric blues band.
